Tell us what happened or what you would improve
Have you found a crossword that does not behave as expected? Did a clue appear unclear, did a page fail to load, or do you have a suggestion for making the solving experience better? We welcome useful, specific feedback. The contact form below is the best way to send it.
What to include in a helpful message
If you are reporting a problem, tell us which page you were using and describe what you expected to happen and what happened instead. If the issue is related to a particular crossword, include the puzzle type and any visible clue or error message. A short screen description can be much more useful than a message that simply says “it does not work.”
Suggestions are welcome too. You might have an idea for a new puzzle theme, a change to the controls, a better mobile interaction, or a guide that would help new solvers. Explain the problem or idea in your own words and, where possible, give an example.
Before sending
Please do not include passwords, payment details, private account credentials or other sensitive information. The form is intended for website feedback and crossword-related questions, not for sharing information that should never be sent through a general contact form.
For common questions about solving, you may find an answer faster in Crossword Rules, Crossword Puzzles for Beginners, or How to Solve Crossword Puzzles.
Useful topics for feedback
Feedback about the solving experience is particularly useful when it is concrete. Tell us if a control is difficult to find, a clue seems inconsistent with its answer, the layout behaves badly on a particular screen size, or a feature would be more useful with a different interaction. You do not need to write a long report; a clear description and the page where you noticed the issue are enough to give us a starting point.
We also welcome suggestions that are simply ideas rather than bug reports. A new theme, a print improvement, a keyboard shortcut, or a better explanation for beginners can all be useful. Not every suggestion can be added, but specific feedback helps us understand what solvers actually want from the site.
For general solving help, you can continue reading Crossword Tips or Crossword Rules before sending a question.
What happens after you send feedback
A useful message gives the site team something concrete to investigate or consider. If you are reporting a bug, the page address, device type, browser and a short description can make reproduction much easier. If you are suggesting a feature, explaining what problem it would solve is often more valuable than describing the feature alone.
If you are contacting us about a clue, please quote the clue wording rather than guessing at what the answer should have been. That gives us enough context to review the puzzle without requiring private information from you.
